If you connect a TikTok account, we may process TikTok account identifiers, profile information, authorization tokens, permissions, uploaded videos, captions, product information, publishing status, and related metadata solely to provide TikTok-related features, such as account connection, pre-check, video publishing, and publishing status management.
If you connect an Instagram, Meta, or Facebook account, we may process Instagram account identifiers, Meta account identifiers, Facebook Page information where required by Meta, profile information, authorization tokens, granted permissions, uploaded videos, captions, thumbnails, publishing settings, publishing status, error messages, and related metadata.
We use this information solely to provide Instagram-related features authorized by you, including account connection, video publishing, publishing status tracking, account management, and troubleshooting.
We do not publish content to your Instagram account unless you have authorized the connection and submitted or scheduled the content for publishing through our services.
We may collect information about how you interact with our services, including pages viewed, features used, generation activity, project activity, error logs, device type, browser type, operating system, IP address, approximate location, and diagnostic data.
We may collect content you upload, submit, or generate through the services, including videos, images, audio, text prompts, product links, product images, captions, scripts, project files, and generated outputs.

If you remove our app from your Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account settings and request data deletion, we will delete or anonymize the applicable Meta, Facebook, or Instagram platform data associated with your account, unless retention is required or permitted by law.
If you would like to request deletion of your Meta, Facebook, or Instagram data associated with Oumomo, please email us at support@oumomo.ai with the subject line “Meta Data Deletion Request”.
You may also remove Oumomo from your Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account settings by going to your account settings, opening Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, selecting Oumomo, and removing access.
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the applicable data unless we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or service operation purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
